PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
According the article 13 Law 675/96, the personal data provided by the person concerned, are treated also with electronic tools for the purposes specified in the project. The owner of the data treatment is Clickutility srl (Legal and Operative Office: Monte Grappa Street number 16, 40121 Bologna). The person concerned has the right to access to his/her personal data and to ask for their integration/rectification or update, etc. granted by the article n. 71 LAW 196/2003, applying to ClickUtility. Providing these data and giving the consensus for their treatment, are necessary conditions for the registration to the Forum Green City Energy. The person concerned, after reading these information in accordance to the article 13 Law 196/2003, gives his/her consensus to the personal data treatment as above-mentioned.
